        Standard Delivery

        Our standard delivery timescale is 3-5 working days for orders within the UK. Hardy Etc  Limited will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by email to admin@hardyetc.co.uk, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.

        Next Day Delivery (UK)

        Orders requiring next day delivery must be placed before 3.30pm the previous day and will need a signature upon delivery.  Next day delivery does NOT include weekend delivery or anything ordered after 4.30pm on a Thursday.

        Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays. 

        International Orders

        All international orders will be posted via the post office. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order. Hardy Etc will not be held responsible for any delays on delivery.

        Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers. 

        Certain countries may encounter Customs charges, these are dictated by the particular country and as such we have no control over what they may be.  Please speak to your country's tax office before placing an order if you wish to know if additional charges will occur.

         

        Bank Holidays

        Please note that our carrier cannot deliver on a bank holiday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following business day.

        Returns

        Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

        You may return unworn / unused items within 7 days, if you were wanting an exchange, due to wrong size ordered, postage will be charged for the replacement item.

        Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs and the customer is responsible for sending back the item.

        If you wish to return an item please contact us with your order information and your details and we will provide details of what to do.

        Personalised orders can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

        Items cannot be returned if they are worn or altered. Items can not be returned if you do not follow the washing instructions. When returning goods/items it is advisable for "Proof of Posting" to be obtained.
